Order-Placement for Dummies

1. How do I place an order?

If you know exactly what you are looking for, go for it! Type in your key word in the search bar at the top of the page and it will take you straight to the desired page.
As for all you new Doodles, it's your first time, feel free to browse around! Begin by choosing a category from the menu bar and explore away.

Once you see what you like, choose your size and click "add to shopping bag". If your shopping is done, proceed to the shopping bag on the top of the page and fill in your deets at the checkout. If you are a registered Doodle, login and finish payment.

2. I placed an order for more than one item but one of it is missing. What do I do?

So many goodies expected and one of it is missing! Oh no!

Don't worry, it most likely jumped out of the package on the way to you. That naughty little thing! Our apologies for that.

 Send us your order number and your invoice on vent@doodleinc.in and we will hunt it down and get it safely back to you.

3. I got the wrong order. Help!

Oops! Sorry about that. Send us your order number and invoice on vent@doodleinc.in and we shall replace that with the right one.

4. How do I track my order?

Shopping Done? Lets Stalk the goodies right until they have reached you. Although, you got to have some patience little Doodles. Once you've completed your purchase you will receive an order confirmation and soon after you will receive a dispatch notification along with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier company's website.

5. How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. A word to all the shopaholic Doodles out there, please ensure you have the adequate funds in your account. We know how hard it can be sometimes! :(

6. I am not in India, what do I do?

Unfortunately we don't deliver internationally yet.
But Hey! A little birdie told me there might just be a way out.
Send us an email on vent@doodleinc.in and we shall try to find a way.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Hurry!
Your order can be canceled within 12 hours from placing it. All order cancelations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. We can then cancel your order and refund you.

8.  I changed my mind. Can I amend my order?

The Mind can be a confused little fellow sometimes! We know. We change it all the time!
But unfortunately, your order cannot be changed once submitted. Changes in the items, sizes or delivery address will not be possible once order is placed. If you have any queries feel free to email us at vent@doodleinc.in

 

Delivery Shenanigans

1. How long will it take?

Once your order is placed, it will take 7-10 working days to be delivered.
However, the above timeframe is subject to change. We can't stop the delivery man from having a pit-stop at the paani-puri wala!

 

Note:Doodle'Inc is not liable for transit delays as it is relies on many factors including strikes, location, public holidays and weather conditions.

2. When do we dispatch?

Every order is ready to be dispatched within 2 working days after placing the order.

3. My order hasn't reached me yet. Help!

If you have received your dispatch notification along with your tracking number, you can track your order on( the courier website)
If not, send us an email at vent@doodleinc.in and we will look into it.

4. What happens If I am unable to collect my order at time of delivery?

The courier company should give you a call before they deliver your order. You can then arrange an appropriate time for it to be delivered. If you do miss your order, you can call the courier company for further instructions.
However, if you fail to arrange for redelivery, the order is then returned to us. We can then resend it but additional postage charges will have to be paid.

 

Returns & Stuff

1. What is your Return Policy?

You can return your item under the following conditions:


- It should be unwashed and unworn
- Should be returned within 7 days
- The packaging should be intact along all the tags, stickers and bills.


If not like those good old notes say: Nice to See, Good to Hold,
If worn, consider Sold!


Please note, if you have received a faulty/ damaged item, please so send us a snapshot of the same on vent@doodleinc.in. We will then verify the error/damage and will provide you with a replacement or a refund. Processing charges will be borne by us.

2. How do I return an item?

If you want to return an item, send us an email on vent@doodleinc.in stating the reason and we shall get back to you.

3. Will my delivery charges be refunded?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for the delivery charges. However, in the case of a damaged or an incorrect order, we will bare the processing charges.

 

Everything Else

1. I liked something that is out of stock! Would you be getting new stock soon?

Unfortunately, no. All our collections are theme based and exclusive. Therefore they are limited. However, am sure our other collections should catch your eye too.
Don't forget-The early bird catches the worm!

2. Not trying the clothes out bothers me!

We totally understand! That's why we have carefully drawn out the sizing chart to your convenience. Take time to go through it. We suggest keeping a measuring tape in hand.

3. There was error loading page. What do I do?

Error messages can happen due to many reasons:


- Check your internet connection.
- The World Wide Web can be quite moody. Try refreshing and start all over again.
- Carefully go through the details provided.


If that "Error Message" is still acting stubborn, send us an email on vent@doodleinc.in and we will look into it.

4. How do I create an account?

You have the choice to link it to your Facebook account or create your own ID.
Here's how:


- Go to the Login option at the top right of the page.
- Fill in your details
- Confirm you email address and you're a Doodle now!

5. How do I know my details are secure?

We solemnly swear we're upto no good!
Kidding! On a serious note though, we guarantee that all your details are safe with us and they are used only on the doodleinc.in website for the purpose of sales and payments.

6. I love your stuff. Can I see your awesome store?

Yes! Even we would love to see it.
However, we have put great thought into giving you the complete Doodle experience with our out-of-this-world virtual store,i.e, doodleinc.in
